We all go through tough times and suffer in our own ways. When we are able to find our way often with support from around us, this quote reminds and motivates us to then go and do our part to help others.

If you or someone you know is facing difficulty or circumstances that are causing worries or anxiety, try below practice:

  1. REFLECT: What comes to mind that you that you feel you is causing you suffering or is not in your control. Or think of what is worrying someone you know. 
  2. RESPOND: Settle down, Breathe and Relax. Let go of any thoughts of past that come to mind, start with simply observing the breath. Now think of how you handled a time in past when you went through a tough time and with that reminder relax as you know deeply that time heals, tough times don’t last.
  3. INTEGRATE: Any time in future you find yourself in difficult circumstances, take time to Pause and remember that you can and will get through.  From this quote take the reminder to help someone who may be going through a tough time. 

As soon as healing takes place, go out and heal somebody else.
