Often, we find ourselves thinking that something is not possible for us to do, or that we simply don’t have the resources or abilities to do it. With a mindset like this, we can’t and never will be able to do those things.
Now, if you change your mindset to believe that you can do whatever you want, and you are able to do it, you actually will be able to. You cannot expect miracles to fix everything. The effort needs to be put in, as well as having the correct mindset. Doing so will result in an optimistic mind and a better lifestyle.

Pretend you want to go skydiving. Maybe your excuse could be that you have never done it before, that you are possibly afraid of heights, anything. Now you can easily give up and just not do anything about it and live a super simple life. Or, you can build up to conquering that fear by first finding smaller ways to do those things and building up to actually skydiving.
Either way, we all have to learn to actually want to do great things. They won’t just magically happen.
Let’s learn to change our mindset to conceive, and believe and we can then achieve it!

- Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and Relax.
- With every Breath in Relax
- With every Breath Out – Let go
- Come back to your breath every time you get distracted by thoughts.
- See what thoughts come to mind
- Continue to come back to the breath
- Pick 1 or more Affirmations (Positive statements)
- Affirm by repeating them:
- “I CAN!”
- “I can change my thoughts!”
Remember this practice & Affirmation. Any time you need it, take a pause and remind yourself that you are the Captain of your life, you have the power of choice.
