What are you holding on to that’s not needed? Are you calm, relaxed and breathing deeper right now?
Take a deep breath, Allow yourself to relax and release anything that is not needed.
AFFIRM IT if you agree, and REPEAT this affirmation daily, during the day that, “I allow myself to feel and Release!”
Combine reading and applying Reflect and Respond practice with quote “Feel the feeling but don’t become the emotion. Witness it! Allow it! Release it!”
- REFLECT: take time Pause, Relax & bring the focus to Breathing
After few minutes, reflect on how you are feeling right now.
As you notice the thoughts, feelings, emotions, try to just observe them without any judgements.
Return to breath if you find yourself getting caught up
Continue and when you feel you are grounded
- RESPOND: As you allowed what is happening to happen, observe and be a witness, now Release and let go of what’s not needed.
- INTEGRATION Practice during the day: At any time if you feel stress, emotional, angry, anxious, take a pause to Reflect and Respond by letting it go!

Learn and cultivate “Letting Go and Letting be”, the Seventh Attitudinal foundations of mindfulness described by Jon Kabat-Zinn as the “major pillars of mindfulness practice”.
LETTING GO AND LETTING BE:
We can cultivate Not-Clinging, Not-Holding, Not-Forcing or Pushing away.
Rather we can let go and let things be.
With practicing & observing breathing at end of each breath we let go so that next breath can come in.
We create room for next breath by not holding on to the last breath.
Combine this Affirmation with, Forgiveness meditation which cultivates feelings of letting go, of any resentments, pain or painful experiences helping us free ourselves and allowing ourselves to open our heart. As painful it maybe, to accept and continue. Read more on Forgiveness Meditation.
Here is a guided meditation on Forgiveness:
We all have limiting beliefs that prevent us from doing more than we think we can.
We all go through tough times in our lives and often due to things that have happened in past, feel we are not capable, worthy or we can’t.
We strongly believe that repeating an affirmation can change the way we think of our self and of others. And if that thought happens to be a positive one, then it can do wonders for those who read it and apply it.
Studies shows that Positive Affirmations are a powerful way to improve our mindset on a daily basis. How we start our mornings, sets our entire day. We must start our day with gratitude, love and care of each other.
We hope to help you rewrite your day into a positive one with a Daily Affirmation.
AFFIRM IT if you agree, and REPEAT this affirmation daily, during the day, every day that “I allow myself to feel and Release!”
