To me this quote signifies that we want the prize, the lottery ticket, the win, The Success!
But we avoid what comes on the path of getting there, which are often difficulties & challenges. This quote reminds us, inspires us and motivates us that let’s put up with what come along the way as Rainbow is our goal. Whatever happens on the way is only temporary.
If you are stressed from challenges, the consider that stress will come with some of choices we make. But if what we choose is important to us we can learn to handle the pressure that may come.
So instead of avoiding, we can learn that bumps and pot holes will come along the way as good and bad are part of the journey.
A practice like breathing meditation first helps us to relax and then provides us space to reflect. Practices like meditations help to reduce the stress so we can then focus on our Goal!
