We are often hard on ourselves when we are not able to do things that we want to, times when we may fail small or big. This quote is a nice reminder for us to consider talking to ourselves just like we do with others especially with people we . We can ourselves and then focus our energy on what we can do.

Loving Kindness is a Mindfulness Meditation to help us : mental calmness, composure, and evenness of temper, especially in a difficult situations.
