Lewis Howes a best-selling author, makes a point in his video (watch below) that: how he spent his whole life proving people wrong and that did not bring him happiness or peace. Because proving people wrong isn’t a recipe for for fulfillment, its a recipe for chaos. Lewis realized that he was only hurting himself by thinking what others felt about him. The only thing you get by doing so is place you power in others hands and that’s how you loose your inner peace. The only way to get your power back is through Forgiveness & only way to claim your inner peace is through Acceptance.

This quote is inspiring reminder to instead of spending time proving others wrong to find ways in how we can help others. Combine reading this quote with repeating an affirmation to forgive and love everyone, including yourself.

Apply the below technique as a way to change your mindset and program your mind to always know deeply that you have a Positive outlook!

  1. REFLECT:  on a past time you had challenges & what positive came out of it.
  2. RESPOND: What will you do next time if you find yourself in tough circumstances, when things are challenging?
  3. INTEGRATE: Any time in future, if things worries you or you are anxious, remember this affirmation & how you will stay positive and never give up.

AFFIRM IT if you agree, and REPEAT this affirmation daily, during the day, every day to that you forgive and love everyone, including yourself!

Combine reading and applying Reflect and Respond practice with an Affirmation: I forgive and love everyone, including myself!

Guided Forgiveness Meditation:

The truth is we shouldn’t be looking to prove anyone wrong. We should be looking to lift others up.
