Think thoughts, surround yourself with positive people and it will make you positive.

What is outlook right now? Do you have positive thoughts or are feeling negative, worried, anxious? 

Ask yourself am I starting my day with the right attitude? If not you can change your outlook by thinking with positive thoughts, read something positive & repeat this affirmation any time you feel tension, stress, anxiety.
