AFFIRMATION: I breathe in Calmness, I breath out and .

Are you feeling stressed? Are any worries about future making you anxious?
Take a deep breath, Allow yourself to Relax. Repeat the Affirmation feeling deeply that you breathe in Calmness, breathe out Stress and Anxiety.
