REFLECT: In past, what did you do when you went through a challenging time?

RESPOND: What will you do next time you find yourself in tough circumstances, when things challenging? Like a simple practice of Breathing meditation below.

Any time in future, if future worries you and you are anxious. Simply take a deep breath, let go of any or anxiety. 

AFFIRM IT if you agree, and REPEAT this affirmation daily, during the day that, “I breathe in Calmness, I breathe out Stress & Anxiety!”
