Close your eyes, breathe, let go and Relax! It can be as simple as that and no matter what is happening, this little reminder to pause and drop the weight we are carrying can help us to Relax.
Take a deep breath, Allow yourself to Relax. Repeat the Affirmation saying following and allowing yourself to heal: that I am Relaxed!
- REFLECT: What comes to mind that in past or now is making you feel anxious, worried or stressed? What negative situation or people come to mind? Observe and see if you can feel any tension, anger. What words or thoughts make you feel this way?
- RESPOND: Break the pattern, PAUSE, breathe and Relax; Allow and choose Let go and Let be. Come back to breath every time any thoughts come.
- INTEGRATE: Any time during the day, when you feel stressed or worried, take a pause and remember this affirmation.
AFFIRM IT if you agree, and REPEAT this affirmation daily, during the day that, “I am Relaxed!”
