Life has its ups and downs, we daily face challenges, run into difficult situations or people. If we are not grounded, we often react.
On days that I am myself I am able to deal with what comes and respond instead of reacting. When I have been able to find time in morning to do my daily practices like stretching, yoga and meditation I am able to pause.
From this pause we can stop, reflect and respond.
