So what does Motivation mean to you? do you agree with above definition? If you are a leader and are often inspiring people, does your team have the same meaning. Important for all to be aligned on meaning so we can achieve the result = which is to Take action.

Otherwise words come and go, whats even more important is to to Act or as Michael puts Take Action!
