Meta is a beautiful Buddhist prayer, especially during current Covid times, where we all are facing some anxiety. When we are looking for hope, prayers and how to deal with uncertain times.   has been extended from the Metta prayer and can us to reduce anxiety and be calm.

May we, our families, friends, co-workers & Everyone be Safe, Healthy, Happy! –

The word Metta is from Pali language and means Good Will or Loving Kindness. The Buddha taught that saying the Metta prayer would lead to better sleep, better relationship and serenity.

Take a few moments to pause, breathe deeply and repeat the Metta prayer.

Repeat the prayer daily for two weeks. What comes to you? Do you notice shifts in your feelings of compassion?

Loving Kindness is a Mindfulness Meditation to us : mental calmness, composure, and evenness of temper, especially in a difficult situations.

In Loving-Kindness Meditation, one is guided, through imagery, words or phrases to extend thoughts to others and the self. cultivates feelings of compassion, equanimity and gratitude.
