Meta is a beautiful Buddhist prayer, especially during current Covid times, where we all are facing some anxiety. When we are looking for hope, prayers and how to deal with uncertain times. Loving-Kindness meditation has been extended from the Metta prayer and can help us to reduce anxiety and be calm.

The word Metta is from Pali language and means Good Will or Loving Kindness. The Buddha taught that saying the Metta prayer would lead to better sleep, better relationship and serenity.
Take a few moments to pause, breathe deeply and repeat the Metta prayer.
Repeat the prayer daily for two weeks. What comes to you? Do you notice shifts in your feelings of compassion?
