I AM THE GREATEST. I SAID THAT EVEN BEFORE I KNEW I WAS

Muhammad Ali.

Today our post is inspired by the great Muhammad Ali. If you didn’t know, Ali was one of the best boxers in history. Although he died a couple of years ago, we should all try to keep his memory because he was such a big role model and to many people. I believe that this quote is trying to get us to believe in ourselves. If you have read my last post, I was talking a lot about having self-confidence. A big part of that is believing in yourself for all of your goals! Ali explains that before he was the greatest, he kept telling himself that he was. Repeating these affirmations can us all realize that, “Yes! We are the greatest! We achieve our goals!” I started reading the book “How Champions Think.” One of the things that are referenced in this book is that you have to have the will to want to be successful, and you have to be ready to help yourself as much as possible.

I definitely plan to use this in the future. Today my family and I sat together and talked about how we set up a better routine for ourselves. It seemed very at first, and it is always hard to make the right decisions that can benefit you. Take exercise as an example. Everyone wants to have abs, look fit, etc. And I am not sure about you guys, but I am always trying to find ways to see these results with very minimal effort. But there is simply no natural way to do that. We have to realize the correct decision, and although it may be hard to do, we have to push ourselves to do this and to receive the correct results.

Well what would you like us to do to achieve our goals?

I would like you all to share this post, and start to repeat affirmations to yourselves. If we keep this habit, we start doing this with any situations or that we strive to achieve, and we will be able to accomplish it easier.
