Listen to our Podcast & Guided Meditation:

If you are facing difficulty or circumstances that are causing worries or anxiety, try below practice:

REFLECT: What comes to mind that you that you feel you is causing you suffering or is not in your control.
RESPOND: Settle down, Breathe and Relax. Let go of any thoughts of past that come to mind, start with simply observing the breath. Now decide on what you CAN do with which you create a desired outcome.
INTEGRATE: Any time in future you find yourself in difficult circumstances, take time to Pause and remember this quote and how you can respond & what you can do.

Either to reach with bitterness or seek to transform the suffering into a creative force.
I decided to follow the latter course.
