It is as important to daily take time to Relax as it is to work hard.  This Affirmation will remind you every day take time out. 

We are the Captain of our Sailboat and as the captain and crew when we reach our destination we can take time out to relax. On a periodic basis it can be vacation, and on a daily basis it can few minutes to and relax. 

Affirm by writing & repeating:

“I take out time to Relax”

AFFIRMATION

You can change your thoughts by repeating and with a simple meditation practice.

1. REFLECT:

  • Close your eyes, take a deep breath and invite a feeling of calmness.
  • With every Breath in – feel alive
  • With every Breath Out – Let go of any tension, worries…
  • Come back to breath every time you get distracted by thoughts.

2. RESPOND: 

  • If you feel any tension, stress or negative thoughts 
  • Continue to come back to the breath
  • Pick 1 or more Affirmations ( statements)
  • Affirm by repeating them:
    • “I am Relaxed!”
    • “I am Calm!”
    • “I let go!”

 

    3. INTEGRATE:

    Remember this practice & Affirmation. Any time you need it, take a pause remind yourself that you are the of your life, you have the power of choose & Relax.
