Are you Tough? or need to be reminded that you have been though times in past and made it through. 
Take a deep breath, Allow yourself to Relax. Repeat the Affirmation feeling deeply that you are Tough. 

Apply the below technique as a way to change your mindset and program your mind to always know deeply that you are Tough!

  1. REFLECT: In past, what did you do when you went through a time?
  2. RESPOND: What will you do next time you find yourself in circumstances, when things are not working out?
  3. INTEGRATE: Any time in future, if worries you and you are anxious. You and many others have persistence, determination and to get back up. So relax knowing that you will make it through.

AFFIRM IT if you agree, and REPEAT this affirmation daily, during the day that, “I am Tough!”
