Today is a new day! Breathe, Smile and get ready to bounce back with simple practice of RESILENCE that will make you feel Positive.
Our brains are hardwired for In-Gratitude. Neuro biologists call it Negativity bias of the brain. This served us well when things were rough and we had to be alert and ready.
Listen to our Podcast & Guided Meditation on Gratitude:
Mindfulness practice is defined as “Non-judgmental, moment to moment awareness”.
There are two additional ones added & the eight one is Gratitude.
GRATITUDE: we take so much for granted like that we are Alive, our bodies are working, we are breathing, organs are working. Things that we have, people that we are surrounded by. Gratitude helps us look at what we have vs. what we are lacking. leads us to Contentment.
We have fears, we are often insecure and due to the way we are wired we look for what is wrong vs. what is right and what is working.
We can do something about this! We can train our brain and change our thoughts! How?
Take a deep breath, Allow yourself to Relax. Repeat the Affirmation saying following and allowing yourself to relax:
I am Resilient!
Apply the below technique as a way to change your mindset and program your mind to always know deeply that you are relaxed and grateful!
MEDITATION: Try below practice to cultivate Gratitude as part of your Mindfulness meditation:
- REFLECT: Find time to sit in silence. Relax and start with first focusing on breathing. Next once you are settled, notice what thoughts come to mind. Does your mind then wander and can you spot any negative thoughts or patterns?
See as you are doing this if can note your thoughts, feelings and sensations.
- RESPOND: Note your feelings, sensations without getting hooked into the experience. If & when any thoughts arise and you feel being carried away, return back to the breath.
Remind yourself of the power you have inside of you to take action.
INTEGRATE: Remember this “Positive Thinking” exercise and it will help you practice being Positive, believing in yourself and going for it.
AFFIRM IT if you agree, and REPEAT this affirmation daily, during the day that, “I am Resilient!”
Combine reading and applying Reflect and Respond practice with Mindfulness’s foundation of GRATITUDE and this quote:

We all have limiting beliefs that prevent us from doing more than we think we can.
We all go through tough times in our lives and often due to things that have happened in past, feel we are not capable, worthy or we can’t.
We strongly believe that repeating an affirmation can change the way we think of our self and of others. And if that thought happens to be a positive one, then it can do wonders for those who read it and apply it.
Studies shows that Positive Affirmations are a powerful way to improve our mindset on a daily basis. How we start our mornings, sets our entire day. We must start our day with gratitude, love and care of each other.
We hope to help you rewrite your day into a positive one with a Daily Affirmation.
