All that we are is the result of what we have thought: it is founded on our thoughts, it is made up of our thoughts. If a man speaks or acts with a pure thought, happiness follows him, like a shadow that never leaves him.

My view on this quote:
Today our quote is by the very well-known Buddha. He is also known as the Gautama Buddha, and he was a philosopher, mendicant, meditator, spiritual teacher, and religious leader who lived in Ancient India. There is also a religion based off of his teachings known as Buddhism and is the fourth largest religion in the world. Buddha also did his best to spread positivity, and that is something we are going to continue to get into below.
So in our quote, Buddha says that “What we think, we become.” I agree with this statement because people who listen to negative things will continue to have that in their subconscious causing them to think about it even if they don’t choose to. That influences them and their decisions/ideas and we should all try to implement positivity in our minds rather than thinking negatively about situations.
An example could simply be studying for a test. When studying, you should try to think positive things. If playing music helps you study, find some music that sends positive vibrations etc. Another thing to keep in mind is to not tell yourself “There is no way I can do this.” “I can’t get this all memorized in time.” These are negative things and your mind will continue to think this and keep it in mind while doing whatever you are doing. Keep yourself positive, and don’t forget, if you can dream something, its always possible.
Consider Mindfulness meditation as a way to help calm down and reflect on the message.
