Start by doing what’s necessary; then do what’s possible…

A nice reminder for times when we get stuck and think what should we do, especially when the task on hands is large and seems impossible. Start with something as small as taking the first step and continue towards the goal.

Start by doing what’s necessary; then do what’s possible; and suddenly you are doing the impossible.

Francis of Assisi

Hello everyone! Today’s quote is by Francis of Assisi. Francis of Assisi was an Italian Catholic friar, deacon, philosopher, mystic, and preacher. He founded the men’s Order of Friars Minor, the women’s Order of Saint Clare, the Third Order of Saint Francis and the Custody of the Holy Land. So now that we know about him, lets get to talking about the quote.

There are always things that we think are impossible. Whether its a dream job, dream salary, anything basically. We have to learn to not limit ourselves and just start doing things to help us reach it.

Recently my dad told me that he was talking to some guy and he told him something that relates to this. Basically, he said that we always limit ourselves. Whether if it is that we want to buy a car, a house, etc. we tell ourselves we can’t. But what we should do instead is to just do it! Just the way Nike tells us to. If we do it, we will realize that we have it and have to work to make sure we have it without debt, and the money will just start to come!

Now, that doesn’t mean you should just keep buying things and hope that the universe takes care of them. You have to understand that you should enjoy it, but its a decisionn YOU made, and YOU have to do what is roper to take care of it.
