I have a pretty good feeling that if you are reading this post then you are interested in applying and spreading positivity and inspiration!! Words of wisdom, positive affirmations, encouragement and happy thoughts light up our days.
Anything we hear or say, resonates deep inside our core. Yesterday, while listening to a podcast on positivity during my morning walk, I read that it takes seven positive affirmations to delete one negative thought. That means we all need to work much harder at spreading the positivity.

Extend an empathetic helping hand to those in need. Also, surrounding yourself with people who lift you up is equally important.
