I am sure that you all have heard of the Dalai Lama, right? Well, today we have another quote by him. This quote wants to explain to us that no matter how small it is, having a positive thought or two about your day will help make it even better.

Let’s say you have a big test tomorrow and you are super nervous about it. The next day you wake up and do your routine and go to school nervous, hoping that you will do good and not mess up. Now let’s rewind. You have a big test tomorrow and you are nervous about how you will do on it. You wake up the next day and do your routine, except today you keep repeating a positive affirmation like, “Its going to be great”

So you just want us to say something positive when we have a big event?

Yes, Think a positive thought, Repeat the affirmation: “I am always Positive!”

But I would like you to not only do it during big events but to do it every day. Tell yourself, “Today is gonna be the best day ever!” Another thing you can do on the side is practicing meditation. Meditation can help you yourself down during times when you are nervous. Even 5 minutes, try for yourself.
