Do not avoid the responsibility of your actions

“Do not avoid the responsibility of your actions.”

Dalai Lama

Hello readers! Once again, we have another inspiring and meaningful quote by the Dalai Lama. No one wants to be in trouble, right? And to be honest, I know that a lot of people have lied to try and get out of trouble at some point. Although it may get you out of whatever punishment you would have to deal with at that point, it is not smart to actually lie about your actions. This is mainly because they will develop bad habits, no one wants to hire someone who acts like they are perfect but lie all the time.

Instead, you should just say the truth. Especially if you have your parents there to guide you. No matter how bad your mistake was, its much better to just admit it. learn from your mistakes, and figure out how to fix the situation.

Pretend you are supposed to be studying for a test but instead you stay up playing video games all night. If you don’t study you won’t properly remember your topics and won’t do good on your test. If you do get a bad grade on the test, don’t lie about the reason that you got that grade. Be honest, and change your habits to make sure that you don’t make those mistakes again.
