Believe you can and you’re halfway there

Believe you can and you’re halfway there.

Theodore Roosevelt

Intro By Jas:

Don’t we all limit often ourselves?

We often don’t feel we can do many things we want to. Even if we feel we can do part of it, just because we may feel we are not perfect, or as good as some one who has done it, we don’t even start. We let the negative thoughts not even get us to imagine that it can be done, not even attempt.
Lets even for just trying, pause and Believe that we can do it. I had written in one of my previous posts about my experience, that when as you start on the way, the way appears.

Join me in challenging yourself, Try with a Meditation & Affirmation that you can.

By Gurbani: Hey everyone! I am sure that we have all been in situations where we wanted something but didn’t feel motivated enough to get up and do what is necessary for it, right? Well today’s quote is all about motivating your self to simply, get up and do it!

Say we want to build a table for example. I know, it sounds kind of silly but it is definitely and achievable goal. Although a lot of people wish it would just be done, we need to put in whatever effort is necessary to complete that task. The first step, is simply believe that you can! And as Roosevelt says, if you believe it, you are already halfway there!

So you want us to believe in ourselves?

Of course! All that I need you to do is believe in yourself. That’s the first and most vital step.
Once you believe in yourself, anything is possible!

I hope you all continue to share these posts, believe in yourself, and believe in others to make them feel more confident. Let’s all spread positivity in the world and grow together!
