So let’s get started! First I would like to introduce you to the Sailboat Metaphor, in which there are 3 components: 1. Sailboat, 2. Captain & 3. The Lighthouse.
This master class will be your Lighthouse & we will work with YOU at the center and provide you ways to become aware of yourself, your thoughts and how you respond to Life events.
Remember that you are the Captain of your Sailboat!
Next every day we will introduce an AFFIRMATION, which is a positive statements that you can repeat to feel the quality that you desire. As you repeat the statement, BELIEVE & FEEL that you are what you are saying.
The affirmation for today is:
I am Resilient!
