AFFIRMATION: I am Confident & walk away from anything Negative!

If you are ever feeling negative or doubting yourself because of something others said or are making you feel then this affirmation is for you. 

Take a deep breath, Allow yourself to Relax. Repeat the Affirmation saying following and allowing yourself to heal: that I am Confident & I walk away from anything Negative.  

Apply the below technique as a way to change your mindset and program your mind to always know deeply that you are relaxed and calm!

  1. REFLECT:  What comes to mind that in past or now is making you feel this way that you are not capable of succeeding? What negative situation or people come to mind? Observe and see if you can feel any tension, anger. What words or thoughts make you feel this way?
  2. RESPOND: Break the pattern, PAUSE, breathe and Relax; Allow and choose to first let go. Then connect with the power inside you, the choice you have to walk away and do something positive. 
  3. INTEGRATE: Any time during the day, when you feel negative or doubt yourself, take a pause and remember this affirmation.
